Yes, you are responsible for relocating your furniture so we can concentrate on the specific areas you would like us to clean. For best results, we recommend refraining from placing furniture back on the carpet for at least 6 hours or more after the carpet cleaning process.
We aim to always deliver estimates within 48 hours of an in-person visit. We carry out a complete assessment of labor, cleaning time, and supplies needed for the services involved, so we provide an accurate estimate.
Our standard teams consist of 2 to 4 people. If additional services are scheduled, we can discuss the possibility of assigning a larger team to better meet your needs.
