To ensure specific areas of the carpet cleaned and the removal of stains or dirt, it will be necessary to remove and replace objects from the environment, such as tables, chairs and furniture, by the renter or owner. For the best results, we recommend refraining from placing furniture back on the carpet for at least 6 hours or more after the carpet cleaning process.
For Interior Painting, please consider to prevent breakage safely covering or stowing away any objects that hold sentimental value or may impact the flow of the service, you will be responsible for relocating your furniture and objects away from walls. When it comes to painting window trim, we will ask you to remove blinds/curtains to prevent unnecessary damage. Your cooperation ensures a smooth and damage-free painting process.
For Exterior Painting, a clean and degreased surface is required. Otherwise, there may be an additional cost if a more powerful wash is required to remove moss, weeds or any other debris from the walls to properly prepare the surface before painting. We will inform you in advance if there's a need to relocate items that may be in the way or pose a safety hazard.
This process requires a strong water outlet to connect the hose and power washing equipment. During the estimate, we will make technical recommendations for the best access point to our equipment. We request the removal of any objects that have sentimental value or that may impact the flow of this service to avoid damage.
Please ensure an easy, clear, and safe access location for placing the ladder against the external wall. Additionally, remove any other objects that may obstruct the service or pose a safety hazard.
After review, we will determine the possibility of removing the objects in question. We ask that you ensure clear path that does not obstruct the passage while we remove all desired items. Otherwise, there may be an additional cost if we need to clear a passage that does not impact the proper execution of the removal.
For Interior Cabinet, Fridge, Freezer, and Dishwasher cleaning, you will be responsible for removing all sentimental objects from the inside of the cabinets, perishable items from the refrigerator and dishes from the dishwasher to ensure that nothing gets ruined.
For Oven Interior Clean, you will be responsible for removing all objects from the interior to prep it for cleaning. After the cleaning, we ask that you wait a minimum of 4 hours as the chemicals will still be activated. This is an essential care to avoid any accident or interaction between products and your food.
For Other Appliances Clean, during the estimate, we can determine if we can clean the requested appliance. We ask you to remove everything from the interior prior to cleaning.
Consider a handyman for a day as a solution for tackling small tasks around the house. During the estimate, please highlight any services you'd like to inquire about. After reviewing, we can determine the specific services we can perform. This may include tasks like tightening door handles, changing light bulbs in hard-to-reach places, or replacing batteries in your fire alarm. If the services are beyond our technical certification and ability, we will refer you to the type of professional expert you'll need.
